Consent to use of photographic images, voice and sound, and text data
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IIAI AAI and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IIAI AAI’s and its cooperative association’s use, analysis and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image, voice, posted text in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, online discussion system, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Student Registration: Student author is eligible to register at the student registration fee. After your registration, please send us the scanned photo ID by e-mail (secretary2016@iaiai.org) in three business days as attachment file.
AAI 2016 Registration (Author Registration, Early)
Authors have to make a registration by the early registration due in order to include your paper(s) into the proceedings. Registration deadline for authors is May 10, 2016.
Also, if you have 2nd or 3rd papers, you need to proceed the payment for them.

Ineligible registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet IIAI AAI eligibility policies. AAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancelation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy.
Refund Policy
Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:
Cancellation before May 10, 2016: 50% of payment is charged for the penalty.
Cancellation after May 10, 2016 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.
IIAI AAI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
