From Toyama Station
If you use a super express train to get Toyama from Kanazawa or Tokyo, there are 3 options to get the Toyama International conference center.
After exit from the ticketing gate of train station, you find this sign. If you take a taxi to the conference center or get there by your foot, please go left from the ticketing gate. If you would like to use the tram from Toyama station to the conference facility, please go straight from the ticketing gate.
When you use taxi or your foot to access to the conference facility, exit from South Exit of station terminal building. You may find the taxi lane in front of the station. It takes 600-800JPY (approximately 6-7USD) by taxi.

If you use the tram, you take the tram named Centram. Find the loop line sign at the tram station. It takes about 210JPY (approximately 2USD). You pay this when you exit the tram. It takes 7-8 mins from Toyama Station to Conference Center Station.
From Toyama Airport
After your arrival at Toyama Airport, you may have 2 options to get the Toyama International Conference Center by public transportation.

To take taxi, go out and take a taxi at the right side of exit.
To take a limousine bus, buy the ticket first at the vendor machine beside exit.
