Paper Submission

Submission instruction

We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioner reports in any of the technical areas listed under Scope & Topics.

Publications

We are currently under contract with publishers. IIAI AAI 2026 publishes 2 categories of publications. 

  1. [ICT papers] The papers in technical & ICT scope (theory, development and application). 
  2. [INT papers] The papers in education, management, and interdisciplinary research with natural and social science in the scope of the conference.

Paper templates of above categories are different. Please find the paper template in next section. 

Formatting and templates

[ICT Papers]  in technical & ICT scope (theory, development and application)

The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) trim size. See CPS webpage.

  • Word Template (Doc)
  • LaTex Template (ZIP)
  • Upload your paper in two column format via the following system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
  • The format of the final manuscript should be in a two-column format and 6 pages for full paper (for oral presentation), 4 pages for short papers (for oral presentation), or 2 pages for poster papers (for poster presentation) in length. Up to an extra 2 pages can be purchased at registration time.
  • The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.
  • Please enter at least three keywords at the time of submission. We need this information when determining reviewers for your paper. Also, Please select relevant topics from the topic areas.
  • Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail.

[INT Papers] in education, management, interdisciplinary research

The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an A4 trim size. 

  • Word Template (Doc)
  • LaTex Template (ZIP)
  • Upload your paper in single column format via the following system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
  • The format of the final manuscript should be in a one-column format and 12 pages for full paper (for oral presentation), 8 pages for short papers (for oral presentation), and 6 pages for poster papers (for poster presentation) in length. Up to an extra 4 pages can be purchased at registration time.
  • The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.

No-show policy

The paper may be excluded from conference proceedings if the presentation is not made at the conference. No-show papers are not also recommended in the post-conference publications. IIAI congress does not receive the submitted papers by past no-show authors.

Publications

Technical Volume Proceedings publishes the papers in a strong ICT scope (theory, development and application). IIAI Digital Library (IIAI OCPS) publishes all other papers in the scope of the conference, which are not included in Technical Volume Proceedings. 

IIAI OCPS (IIAI Digital Library) publishes the paper in social and human aspects of applied informatics. Every Series has an ISSN number. Papers included in the series have DOI and CrossRef.
