Final Paper Submission
Please follow the final paper submission by the following procedure.
- Please upload your revised paper through easychair by Oct 29. This paper will be included in the electronic proceedings to be distributed in the congress.
- Full paper authors and selected short paper authors upload the revised version for IEEE Xplore(Digital Library) by November 6, 2019.
- Copyright transfer form will be distributed around November 6, 2019.
- If the paper needs to correct or modify, we contact authors.
Paper type, presentation, and publication
We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioner reports in any of the technical areas listed under Scope & Topics.
The conference is soliciting Full papers (6 pages), short paper (4 pages), and position paper (1-2 pages) on all aspects of the above research areas. Submitted papers will be evaluated on significance, originality, technical quality, and exposition. They should clearly establish the research contribution. All accepted papers will be provided an oral presentation at the conference. Each paper needs to be reviewed by at least four PC members or experts in the field.

Full Paper
- 6 pages length.

- All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and will appear in IEEE Xplore.
- Selected paper has an opportunity to submit its extended version in the special issue of international journal.
Short Paper
- 4-5 pages length.
- Oral Presentation.
- All papers will be published in conference proceedings and selected papers will appear in IEEE Xplore.
- Selected paper has an opportunity to submit its extended version in the special issue of international journal.
Position Paper
- 1-2 pages length.
- Oral Presentation.
- All accepted paper will be appear in conference proceedings.
- Selected paper has an opportunity to submit its extended version in the special issue of international journal.
Format Guidelines: We encourage submission in CPS style format. All submissions must not include the author’s name(s), affiliation, complete mailing address, phone number, fax number and email address. All papers must be submitted in PDF format.

- The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.
- Upload your full paper in two column format (not to exceed 8 single-spaced pages) via the above system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
- The format of the final manuscript should be in a two-column format and 6 pages for full paper, 4-5 pages for short papers or 1-2 pages for position paper in length.
- Please enter at least two keywords at the time of submission. We need this information when determining reviewers for your paper.
- Please select relevant topics from the topic areas.
- Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail.
No-show policy
The paper may be excluded from the congress proceedings if the presentation is not made at the conference. Also, no-show papers are not recommended in the post-conference publications.
