Instruction for Presenters

Onsite Presenters (Full Papers/Short Papers)

July 13 – 18, 2025

You make your presentation using your own laptop computer. Presenters will have a total of 25 minutes to use for their presentation and Q&A. If you would like to present longer, you have 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes Q&A. If you would like to have good communications with audiences, you may present shorter, such as 15 minutes presentation.

Online Presenters (Full Papers/Short Papers/Poster Papers)

IIAI AAI 2025 is planned to be held on the onsite basis, because we recognize the 
importance of face-to-face communication by gathering together at the venue. 
For people who cannot come to the venue due to Covid-19, however, online presentations
will be allowed on July 18. Presenters will have 25 minutes to use for their presentation and Q&A.

Online presenters must apply before June 15, 2025 through the contact form. Only illness and inevitable reason might be accepted. We do not accept the reason due to lecture in your school and other conference participation.

Onsite Presenters (Poster Papers)

Poster session will be held on July 14 evening. Poster presenter must show up and present at the poster session. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Poster size is A0 size (841 × 1189 mm). it is unacceptable to print multiple A4 sheets and hang them on the poster board. If you print out after you arrival at Kitakyushu, you may print your poster for yourself on-site at Kinko’s (https://e-creous.com/company/maps/map07.php). Full-service print is for 5,600JPY and self-service is for 3,520JPY. The conference does not take any responsibility about poster printing.

No-show policy

The paper may be excluded from conference proceedings if the presentation is not made at the conference. No-show papers are not also recommended in the post-conference publications. IIAI congress does not receive the submitted papers by past no-show authors.

Receipt and invitation letter

Log in using the password given to the registration system ConfAid, and you will find the buttons to issue your receipt and invitational letter at the bottom of the page.

Congress proceedings

All publication will be available on the CONFAID. IIAI Letters will be available on the IIAI Letters (Open Conference Publication Site) after the congress.

Award presentation

Award winners are presented at IIAI Beer and Wine Festival on July 16 evening. The award categories are announced there. IIAI never ships the award certificate or emails the image of certificate for any reason.

Publications

CPS publishes the papers in a strong ICT scope (theory, development and application) for CPS publication. IIAI Digital Library (IIAI OCPS) publishes all other papers in the scope of the conference, which are not included in CPS publication. 

IIAI OCPS (IIAI Digital Library) publishes the paper in social and human aspects of applied informatics. Every Series has an ISSN number. Papers included in the series have DOI and CrossRef.
