Consent to use of photographic images, voice and sound, and text data
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IIAI AAI and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IIAI AAI’s and its cooperative association’s use, analysis and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image, voice, posted text in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, online discussion system, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
AAI 2025 Registration (Author Registration, Early)
Authors have to make a registration by the early registration due in order to include your paper(s) into the proceedings.
Also, if you have 2nd or 3rd papers, you need to proceed the payment for them.
The registration fee is charged with Japanese Yen. Exchange rate is adopted at December 30, 2024 will be referred.

Ineligible registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet IIAI AAI eligibility policies. AAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancelation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy.
Refund Policy
Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:
Cancellation before May 20, 2025: 50% of payment is charged for the penalty.
Cancellation after May 20, 2025 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.
IIAI AAI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Cost Consideration of Social Functions in IIAI AAI 2025
The social functions of this international conference are supported by several cooperating companies, foundations, and academic societies. No separate fee is charged to conference participants, including students. No reduction will be made for non-attendance at the reception and banquet. Therefore, please do not reduce the reception and banquet expenses by a certain amount from the participation fee for accounting purposes at your institution. The reception and banquet are not primarily food and beverage in nature, but rather networking events that are seriously planned for the international conference. We do not provide enough food and beverages to be considered a meal, but the reception and banquet are part of the conference and we ask that you participate in them as a basic conference participant.
